We really liked the friendliness of the staff - they were professional and helpful. The room was tiny, but all we needed for our trip to Barcelona. Everything was clean and working. The breakfasts were really good, no scrambled eggs or pancakes, but we knew that. There was a bowl of hard-boiled eggs I think :)

For what need to do, it was fantastic, I wanted to go to Gibraltar and there was a bus near to take me to la Linea, and back, the staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean, I was even given a room all for myself, that was great

Paul was very helpful for finding a parking area. The room was quite clean. It is close to main attractions by walk. All is good.

Difficult to find entrance in car. Did research streetview prior to arrival so knew where it was, and not to approach railway line side as others had done. Train noise didn't bother me, bed was comfortable and slept well. Some staff surly, others lovely. Check lift stops on your floor as it didn't stop at ours, we have no mobility problems so ok for us, but might be difficult for some

There was noise throughout my stay there. There is no sound proof, it was noisy. The staff was not welcoming. My first night there, someone came knocking on the door for like 30 minutes and tried to open the door with different keys. I was so scared, the next morning l reported to the reception guy who was not bothered and didn't care. I asked him to check on the CCTV and he said they don't have it. I will say poor service, l will never go there again.
