We really liked the friendliness of the staff - they were professional and helpful. The room was tiny, but all we needed for our trip to Barcelona. Everything was clean and working. The breakfasts were really good, no scrambled eggs or pancakes, but we knew that. There was a bowl of hard-boiled eggs I think :)

Paul was very helpful for finding a parking area. The room was quite clean. It is close to main attractions by walk. All is good.

I never could get my phone WiFi working it even with help from reception’ mostunsatisfactory. Breakfast was NOT Free. One of the two baths did not hat a wall hook to out the hand held shower nozzle into making showering challenging; the other shower was difficult to shut off; my adaptor got stuck in plug and had to seek hotel h lo Get it out of socket, safe deposit box batteries failed and we couldn’t retrieve out passports without hotel help; their email check in process would not work yet stated its necessity; had to seek help which was another frustrating process with Booking.com.the when I booked a FREE AIRPORT race was promised but I Luke never a tvate the in spite of 2 frustration calls to booking which never produced the Frr promised taxi
