An elegant indulgence along the Camino. If you're tired of the dorms and gritty lifestyle and want to experience a day of luxury and pampering, this is the place for you. It was just what I needed after several days without sleep. My sleep score was in the 90s in this comfy bed! The hosts are so welcoming and kind; everything is absolutely first-class.

Perfect location. Very comfortable. They send a lady to clean the shared areas every day. Place is organized, cleaned, well managed and in an amazing location.

You can only check in few hours before your check in time, not people on site, all thru messages. They offered tea and coffee, small fridge and toaster, but if they could offer a small stove, electric one will work, that will be very helpful and better for people that stay several days and want to cook.

It was overpriced at 65€ on a week night. It’s run down with shower head falling off and shower door handle broken. No heating and the room was cold.

Very small wardrobe, enough only for one person. Sofa is very uncomfortable. One of reason why I choose this app, is early check in, but we couldn't check in before 15h. Everything else is great.

The facilities are poor and not even worthy of one star. The floor in the room was tiled, the mattress was hard, and the quilt and pillows were thin and damp. The gap between the door and the corridor is large, and you can clearly see the lights and hear the sounds outside. The air conditioner in the room is just a decoration. Guests cannot set the temperature by themselves. The hotel uses central air conditioning. In order to save money, they did not turn on the heating. We checked in early in the midnight and did not want to trouble the staff. We endured it all night and went early to the front desk the next morning and asked for a heater. The front desk first said that it was not cold and there was no need to turn on the heating. Then the front desk said that there were only 3 heaters in the entire hotel. Although we had 3 rooms, they could only give us 2 at most. When I returned to the room in the evening, I found that there was no heater. The person at the front desk changed and she said she didn't know about it and that there was no heater. After I argued hard, she brought one to me. They didn't have any extra quilts too. One of my kids got cold that night. The hygiene of the restaurant is also very poor. The waiters will wipe the dirty things on the table directly to the floor. The ground is sticky

Bed was very uncomfortable, no WiFi in the rooms just in the hallways, no towel changes for 2 days and linen changes for 4 days stay.
