This is a wonderful value for money. The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home, especially when we were able to wash our clothes and air dry them. Except for the hop-on-hop-off bus, we didn't need to take public transportation or drive anywhere, as everything that we needed to see was within walking distance. The check-in and checkout process was quite seamless.

Late night noise coming from the backdoor of a restaurant across the street. You could hear the loud conversations and cleanup activities (plates clattering, garbage bins being rolled, etc). If I had earplugs, it wouldn't have bothered me much.

The breakfast was wonderful and the host personally made it. The building we stayed in was spacious with a cozy fireplace and kitchen. Our room had a private bathroom. It had all the comforts of home. Our host provided with a lot of helpful information and was very friendly.

Located right on the grand-via - the center of the city, close to everything. But at some hours it might be a little too much when it is getting too crowded and very difficult to walk.

I hope you like early wake ups because at 7-8 am get ready to drilling, hammering, screaming, sawing 🚧 🏗️ 🦺 🔨 🪚 you can’t sleep anymore due to construction site that start working in first floor. Also, people who lives there (apparently) tend to cook during the day with windows closed and fill the hall with a disgusting smell of grease, bacon, etc… also if you book a stay with breakfast - you’ll have to walk to another building.

We chose the location for sunrise and it is worth every penny. Very good access to all the island with cars and quiet. Resort facilities were excellent.

Kitchen: nt enough silverware and a mixer would be useful. Living room: one sofa for 4 people is not enough Also, a welcome bag with soap, tablets for the dishwasher etc would have been useful particularly for short stays.
