The location when traveling when traveling with a car is top, just 10 minutes from the center of Madrid. Also the staff is nice and you can do an automatic check in with a machine. Also the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can listen to everything the other guests do in their rooms.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast every morning was great. The ambient noise from the vicinity was a bit distracting. I had to wear ear plugs each night. Other than the noise, it was delightful.

It was such a pleasant stay that I wanted to extend the stay but all rooms were booked. I had the best sleep during my solo travel. I would stay there again next time without a doubt. Eskerrik asko!!!

The staff was very comprehensive, attentive and kind. Especially Antonio who accepted to change our room. It is located near La Rambla and la Plaça de Catalunya which is a very interesting location.

The room we got at first was AWFUL. Its very small, damaged and the cleaning was more or less sloppy. The "window" faces the wall literally. If you ever come here NEVER accept the room 10.

There was a little bit of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom over the shower and every morning I was waking up feeling sick from it (only in the room and not outside). The shower was also pretty ghetto with rust on the shower floor. Luckily I brought flip flops. The shower floor layout was also very odd with barely any room to stand/comfortably take a shower because the flooring was different levels. There was also nowhere to leave my luggage when I checked out because the one girl who works there leaves by 3pm so I had to go and pay to store my bag somewhere else which was inconvenient. There was also no shampoo or soap provided.
