Positive section of review
The facilities in the apartment were good. Coffee maker and coffee capsules were provided. enough cutlery for use and cleaning essentials were there. The room were spacious enough for 3 of us and the bed was comfortable. The apartment felt very safe due to three levels of locks one has to get in. We visited the Saturday farmer market and got amazing vegetables, cheese and olives. I was able to survive as a vegetarian in Paris due to cooking facility in the apartment.

The curtains were very light on the windows. I would have preferred the blackout curtains. The bathroom shower door is difficult to get in with little space. The noise of flush of upstairs bathroom did bother me but it was okay to manage considering the other comforts. The area near the metro station feels a bit unsafe but didn't face any problems.

I loved the quaint charm that Villa Rose instilled in you the moment you entered the gate. I felt like I was transported to a time that matched the belle epoque villa. I can only compare it to some places i've visited in New Orleans, biutbaway from the wild Beale street energy. I can't explain it, but i felt something peaceful and familiar from a bygone era. I can't wait to return to Villa Rose!

The hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It is also in walking distance (25min) of the amazing Palace of the Majorcan Kings and fabulous shops. The breakfast was above par. The bathroom was nicely modern. I grabbed some kebab to go just a block or so away and it was good with very pleasant service from the Middle Eastern owners.

It has NO elevator and even the entrance has several steps. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to manage the stairs. (Staff did carry my bags up and down the main staircase for me.) There also is no restaurant on site and the nearest one recommended by staff is several blocks away.

Nice situated near the train station and near a commercial center. Very close to every touristic point you would want to visit. The bed was very comfortable and wide enough. Curtains provided enough darkness to sleep well. Staff was very helpful regarding our issue with the first room.

There was a problem with a leaking toilet (the staff then provided us with another room). There was then a second problem with the shower head and the hose connecting to it. We only found out in the morning when we took our shower.

Plain and simple - a 100m2+ family home with two bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, an expansive living room with a backyard (and a terrace above), two toilets AND a phenomenal + quiet location can't be beaten. We had a fantastic time.

B&B where you have option to have dinner made by Victor, fantastic chef. It was perfect. I truly recommend this place. Clean and new facilities too. Great option in this region.

Location and the host, of course we can not forget the cats! Caroline was wonderful and her recommendations for sightseeing and eating was spot on.

The stairs but we were aware of it. We also agreed to switch to the third level to accommodate other patrons. We carry backpacks so there was not concerns those with heavy luggage may find it difficult to climb.
