The host Bruno was very polite, helpful and always available. The flat was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The property is in walkable distance to the old city and port and a good starting point to discover Cap d"Antibes.

The host and hostess are great people! So friendly and interested in conversation. The breakfast was super tasty (and the table it was enjoyed upon seemed straight out of a museum. Very cool table.).

There was an odor in the accomodation of..dog and something else. (The dog was of no problem, just the odor in the house was noticeable).

I liked beakfast very much, room area, quality of bed linens, towels, hotel location with regard to Disney, free shuttle service, lobby area, big space in the hotel and room services.

What I didn't like the most was spa and swimming pool, it's 90% worn out and not worth to use. Room bathtub, shower head, toilet seat wer also worn out maybe 70%

The view from the patio was very nice as well as the quiet atmosphere of the area.

The sofa bed was too short for anyone taller than 6'/180cm. For the space available, it's rather narrow for two people. It was also very noisy when getting in/out of, or moving around on it. The lighting of the place is not very "warm". There aren't any bedside/couch-side lamps to use, only the bright/white overhead lights. The toilet kept cycling/making noise every 2.5 to 4 minutes. You don't actually see the pool from the patio, so the pictures are rather misleading.

The room we were assigned needed an upgrade of everything, but particularly the bathroom. It was usable and clean, but the equipment, fixtures were old, tired and run down. At the end we switched rooms across the hall, and it fully up to date and beautiful. Please do that to all the rooms!
