This is really a superior b and b and a great value at around 200 euros including breakfast. We travel a lot so have pretty developed opinions about what we care about and this met our needs and more. The room is very clean, good linens on the bed, and had separate closets for each of us, and large, high ceilings. Also in our bedroom was a minibar with drinks and beer. Our large bathroom had a tub and good hot water. The room was tidied every day. There is a separate living area for guests which is comfortable and spacious. A nice interior courtyard stored our bicycles. Jean-Luc was a chef and created an original breakfast every morning, which was fun. He was very helpful and provided the right amount of interaction. On the day we had an early train he rose to give us coffee at 5:30 and packed us a delicious picnic breakfast. All and all, a superior stay.

I wish check in was earlier than 5 pm, although he did let us drop our bags off at 2 pm.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment. On the 5th floor, (with elevator) the wall of sliders allows for a marvelous view of the rooftops, mountains and Lake Leman/ Lake Geneva. Once outside on the large balcony there is a wonderful sense of light and space. Loved the utilitarian kitchen as it was both efficient with quality appliances a small table to prep or for eating our breakfast and overall great natural light. Great sleeping in large comfortable bed. Clean, spacious bathroom with a separate toilet.

We made a last minute booking due to bad weather conditions. This was the only hotel available and we were very grateful for a place to stay indoors. We seemed to be the only guests and they kept the kitchen open just for us. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The restaurant (dinner) was excellent. They offered us a place to dry our tent.

The owner of the hotel seems to live far away, or doesn't care about details. Although the rooms are well appointed, many small things are not as they should be (especially given the price of ~EUR 200/ night). Examples: the clock in the room was on winter time, the battery in the scales had died, covid measures were still advertised etc. We also felt uncomfortable 4 people were swarming our table (sometimes at the same time) serving us at dinner. Especially since we were the only guests. At breakfast (EUR 29 per person) we got orange juice from a carton and initially cold coffee. Did they really put the scrambled eggs in the microwave instead of a skillet?

Location with views of the water from both 2nd and 3rd level, balcony to have a drink and see the ocean, great that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also lower courtyard with table and chairs. Amazing location just steps from everything in old town Antibes.

Amazing property kept in excellent condition, taken care of with love and impeccable taste. The building itself is gorgeous and makes you feel like in a movie. Amazing breakfast with homemade jams and crepes, cheeses and fine ham.

Love the location and and the price for Paris is reasonable, which is not true for most of the city. Otherwise pretty basic - place to stay, does what it offers, a good night sleep - nothing more, nothing less.

Rooms are very small, and staff was mostly bored to be there I guess. Wouldn't call friendly nor hostile, just not too interested in helping. Didn't need much help, but also didn't feel like I should ask for any...

The studio was spacious, with enough cupboard space and a mini kitchenette. Working fast wifi. Large, modern TV. Quiet, as it was facing an internal courtyard. The breakfast buffet was complete and pretty good.

While cleanliness was generally ok, technical facilities of the room (lights, furniture) were very old and run down. The bathroom had no shower, but a bathtub with a high entry. A single product bottle for hand soap / shower gel / shampoo. No hotel parking.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped- the only cooking pot was burned. Also, the microwave was broken so we couldn’t boil the water to make tea. There were not enough towels and on top of everything, the place was dirty- we’ve found hair on the floor
