NEW,ELEGANT,STYLISH HOTEL WITH A FANTASTIC LOCATION IN FRONT OF THE CROISETTE AND A SECOND ENTRY BEHIND LEADING TO RUE D'ANTIBES, I HAD A SPACIOUS JUNIOR SUITE ON 6TH FLOOR,WITH MARBLE BATH (BALMAIN TOILETRIES ) AND VERY NICE DESIGN FURNITURE BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME ,THE BEST EVER EGGS BENEDICT !!, SERVED ON GROUND FLOOR AT A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN FACING CROISETTE, STAFF VERY KIND AND HELPFULL BREAKFAST TEAM :(KARINE +++,AGNIESKA AND KEIKO AND A YOUNG BOY ) AND RECEPTION :FANTASTIC GIRLS LILIT AND AMOLIA

There was no Wi-Fi available, although I asked them to fix it since the 1st day, but they didn't. I asked for an extension of 2h to checkout, but it was refused. The keys are located 2 blocks away, which makes it very difficult to pick up and drop them off if you have luggage

RELATIVELY SMALL ROOMS WITH VERY OLD AND NOT LOOKING CLEAN CARPETS. THE BATHROOM COULD BE CLEANER AS WELL. ALSO I PAID FOR CAR PARKING 20 EUROS PER DAY AND THE CAR PARK ACCESS WAS DIFFICULT BOTH WITH THE CAR AND BY FOOT.
