Positive section of review
Breakfast was great, personnel very supportive and polite and the room was smaller than expected, but normal for Paris. The location is excellent, close to metro and other transportation making very easy to reach the main objectives in Paris.

Parking is a huge problem. There are only 3 possible paring spaces near the unit and if they are taken you must find parking down in the town over a mile away. This fact was not stated in the description of the property.

Parking. The unit had some locked storage boxes in the living area..some bad smell was coming from these and there were ants everywhere. UNCLEAN!!! Also the ENTRY/EXIT door ..the ONLY ENTRY to this unit wasway less than 6 feet..probably around 5'6"..This is an unsafe condition in my opinion.. Also this unit has 3 levels..so to get to the 2nd and 3rd levels you must take ladder stairs..what is commonly termed a ships ladder in the USA. So if you want to take your baggage to your bedroom..that's another risk trying to climb the sloped ladder stairs which are less than 2 feet wide while carrying a suitcase...While the various spaces were well appointed these 4 big negatives are a huge problem *Risk of no nearby parking *Tiny entry exit door is unsafe *Ships ladders to all sleeping areas and *Bad odor and ants all over the floor..UNCLEAN condition We have very detailed photos to backup our comments here. This apartment SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN LISTED ON BOOKING.COM.!! We left the unit after one night even tho we were booked for 2 nights. BUYER BRWARE!!!

We had a very comfortable room with a view of the water. It was very clean and nicely decorated. They had a garage to store our bikes for a minimal charge. The breakfast spread was very good with lots of options.

Clean room, everything like in description, good comunication with host. It's at about 10 min to walk from the airport, quiet zone, just houses.

Location in a house zone, be prepared with what you need. There is a bakery near but after 6 pm when we arrived was closed. Luckily there is a snack bar near and you can get some water or juice from there. But this has nothing to do with the appartament, is just for info.
