Excellent location close to Le Marais and next to Rue St Denis with lots of bars and restaurants. Very comfortable facilities, bed and breakfast that also exceeded expectations. Room and drawer space a good, while the bathroom was spacious with an excellent walk in shower. Would definitely stay again and recommend when in Paris.

It seemed like there was dedicated parking space for the hotel, but it's public paid parking, there is a parking facility at 500m which is very inexpensive (3 euros a day something like that).

I loved the central location. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. This property was perfect for a solo traveler.

I really have no complaints. However, I wish shampoo/conditioner was provided when I arrived. I needed to find a store nearby to purchase these items since I wanted to take a shower right away.

The room was clean and the best part was breakfast with Pascal every morning.

The shower drain was draining slowly the first day but David made sure it was fixed the next day. The air conditioning was not running the first day and the room was hot. I guess the system has to changed over to AC in order for it to work. We ended up sleeping with the window open our entire stay. The only issue were a few noisy folks on the street a couple of nights.

The stairs are both kind of scary getting to the apartment if you can get the little door to the building open. The there are more stairs in the apt. Felt the place could use a good cleaning.
