Strong Wifi, easy key collection. Nice TV and comfortable sofas. Spacious property. Owner was easy to contact and apologized but never honored his agreements after we had to vacate.

No toilet paper. Thread-bare sheet on the bed and no top sheet. No ambience, decore or warmth - just a cold, poorly kept, empty house. Sticky table with visible cup rings. Litter in the driveway and against the house. NO HEAT & NO HOT WATER!!! We spent one cold night but could not face another. Nor could we go without showers. In the morning, I told the owner it would have to be repaired, or we would have to leave a day early. We agreed on a refund for the night I could not stay, but I have never received the refund. The owner seemed responsive and apologetic but did not fix the problems or initiate the agreed-upon refund.

I used to be a BIG FAN of Radisson blue for a long time but NOT ANYMORE, unfortunately. I had a booking with another hotel and on the last minute I changed to Radisson only to save few pounds 😔was not a good decision though. It becomes old and need renovation. The AC was hot and the fan was noisy. When I told the receptionist he just checked it and told me there is no maintenance today. I asked to change the room and he directly responded; ok take all your stuff down tomorrow morning to check availability but we are fully booked! So why would I take my luggage and chase after you to change the room?! The summer is coming and I do not think anyone can stay without an AC 👎🏻 Unfortunately I paid for 2 nights, otherwise I would’ve changed the hotel. The lobby tables were dirty 😪 The towels are old and tough. The breakfast was an average. I had to go there only because no places were open in this city!
