Lovely property, the aesthetics were beautiful and the design had been well thought out. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. It was very clean and cosy, but will enough space to enjoy without being on top of each other. Brilliant location right in the heart of Broadstairs and close to the beach.

A minor thing but the walls aren’t that well sound proofed, so we did hear the people next door at times when they were being particularly loud. But it was nothing that put us off wanting to come again.

Nice setting with deer and wildlife around the house . walking distance to a couple of local pubs .rooms good size and quite modern and clean . staff friendly and cleaners checked in to see if needed new towels

Breakfast could have been better.kept running out of breakfast items and staff couldn't understand English very well . coffee machine stopped working for a while.restaurant menu could do with improving

Really easy walk from Terminal 2 and 3 so convenience is biggest asset. Great bag storage until checkin.

Elevators extremely slow. Restaurant options within hotel apparently unaffiliated with hotel are awful. Food was terrible. Rooftop skybar great view but free for all getting a table. Waited a while and passed over a few times. Staff absolutely unhelpful. Takeaway from another restaurant within hotel was inedible. Tried to get reimbursed and no response. Hotel staff said not their problem.
