The property Manager was very helpful in arranging the booking for a specified duration as they were already extremely booked. They were always available on whatsapp to attend to our requirements. The property is worth the value for money, the location is really convenient.

The room we stayed the first day of our booking was amazing, so were the bed and the facilities in the room. We had to travel for two days and came back to the property to be given a room that had no windows and the bed was very uncomfortable as well! this was not mentioned to us as we assumed we would be given the same or similar room. When we requested for a change it came at an extra cost, and we requested for an hour's late check out due to train timings - and were told that would have been chargeable as well. For someone who booked three nights, I thought a bit of flexibility on the reasonable late check out request could have been accommodated.

The apartment which absolutely beautiful and the view was incredible. Right in the heart of Bath but when your in the apartment you feel you are in your own little bubble. Beautiful bath that overlooks the view. Highly recommend and great communication with owners.

I had a nice size room downstairs and very comfortable. I liked that I was able to cook in the kitchen if I chose to and there was plenty of room in the fridge. The walk into town was only 10-15 minutes and it was close to Christ Church.

I didn't like that there was only 1 bathroom for 5 rooms in the Guest House. That being the case the toilette should have been separate from the bathroom so that guests could have access to it when the other guests were bathing. For the price I was paying for 2 nights it was definitely overpriced considering there was only 1 bathroom for the entire Guest House!

Location is great within easy walking distance to the city center, with good places to eat. Nice variety for such a small village.

The room itself is comfy for a night or two, but the bathroom is across the hall and utilitarian. Fortunately we were the only visitors so we had the bathroom to ourselves. They are in the process of renovation and I expect things will improve.

Bathroom was big but couldn't use it all as slopping roof. Shower was not very good intermittent water. Bath was no better than water and it was so slow. No slip mat for bath or mat when floor is wet
