This property had just become available on Booking so it had no reviews. I think we were their first clients. We loved the location, it was newly renovated, it was quiet and very clean. Loved the kitchenette and the treats (oatmeal, chips and cookies. Jain, our hostess, was very responsive. We arrived by bike and with a quick phone call her husband arrived to open up the shed so we could store our bikes safely overnight.

The bathroom and shower stall are quite small but that didn’t take away from our stay.

The owner and the staff were great. They were friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was well laid out and quite varied in what was offered. Cereal, sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit and toast. The guest house was within an easy walk to city center, the bus and train station as well as the Thames Path for walking.
