Location is PERFECT, Waterloo/Lambeth stations are near if you want to use tube, also there are plenty bus stations within 5 minute walk so you can plan your trip to any location in London, staff is very pleasant. Literally next to hotel are 'Pret a Manger' store where you could get good breakfast and Sainsbury's local store to get whatever you need (everyday 7-23h)

Cleanliness of room must be improved (my personal opinion is that room where we stayed on 4th floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned for A LOOONG time), dust everywhere, little bit of mold in bathroom.

Chic, sophisticated, yet cozy. Just iff main road so very quiet. Comfortable. Bathtub and rain shower. Love the black granite. Balcony with beautiful morning light across the lane. Excellent concierge, bar wait staff, and doormen. Incredible food. Fantastic location. Charming look.

Mary was a gracious host making our stay very comfortable. She lent me a tire pump for an underinflated tire, her breakfasts were hot, tasty and fresh.
