Absolutely wonderful! This quaint little apartment has everything you need. Everything was spic and span on arrival. Getting the keys was no hassle either. Temperature was good throughout and you can adjust if need be with the easy to use NEST device. There is a train line nearby that will be disturbing to some but I find such things calming! I had no issues at all during my 3 week stay and will return if I am ever in need of lodging in the area.

The water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired but this is just a minor gripe when compared to the excellent value of this unit. I also didn't like that I had to leave - this place felt like home!

Wonderful place to stay for a game. Francis and Martin were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. It was just renovated recently, so everything is new. And it was sparkling, clean and very comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk to Anfield Stadium and plenty of places to eat nearby.

My only comment to Francis was there is no hairdryer, but that’s not a big deal. I don’t think they have as many female guests stay there regularly. And there was no Wi-Fi but I believe they are working on that.

Location a few minutes' walk from underground stations; friendly and helpful staff, fridge and TV available in room (which would not be necessarily expected for such a small room).

Price per night is high for such a small room. The room (eg. trash) was not cleaned daily during the stay.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the Hotel overall posed good value for money.

The first night’s sleep was badly disturbed by a banging door that had been ill maintained. It needed the soft close mechanism replacing. The person we complained to was reluctant to admit, after we suggested that other people must have complained about this also and said it should have been sorted, this person then went on to say that we shouldn’t have been put in that room. So clearly other people had complained! Very disappointed at the complete disregard of our nights rest. Premier Inn next time, they have soft close doors even if they don’t offer free breakfast! We were compensated with two drinks vouchers but I’m sure most people would prefer the proper night’s sleep!

Menu was sparse and the appetizer for asparagus was not worth it. There is no reason the TV should not have apps like Netflix and Prime on it to be used with customer accounts in this day and age.
