Immaculate! Thoughtfully decorated. Uncluttered and clean light and bright. All facilities provided. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and modern bathrooms with heated towel racks. Provided; hotel amenities; shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Hair dryer. Dish and laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Great location, close to Lisburn Road with many restaurants and shops including a Tesco and a Co-op. Shu is a very nice Michelin awarded restaurant. Bus stop on Lisburn Road. If taking the City Sightseeing HOHO bus, the Malone Hotel stop on Eglantine road is just a few blocks away.

Excellent location. We loved the neighborhood. Nice pretty spacious rooms and beds were comfortable. The looks and the feel about the flat was modern and fresh. Really good view to the cite from the 9th floor. The bedroom was also quiet except the noisy bathroom water pump. Clean rooms. We liked our stay there much.

Only complaints are towards technical systems. The bathroom water pump was really noisy which always turned on when using water or toilet flush in bathroom. In the kitchen sink the water pressure was really low (no noisy pump there). Also the general moisture in the room was quite high - especially after the shower (even the bathroom fan was also used). Cold window glass surface tend to get some steam or drips of water in the mornings.

Lovely view ,cozy, provided great books on the Scottish people and the Scotland birds. Enjoyed meeting her fur babies! She shared so much information about the area and traditions. Katrina is such a lovely person.

Tesco was right opposite to the property. It was fairly small walk to bus station. Pizza place was right next to the property. It has enough beds for 5 to accommodate. Good heating arrangements.

No WiFi was available during our visit. Property was very small. No room to keep luggage’s. Property was in different location than what was advertised. No TV was available.

Good location for a nearby wedding. Rooms seemed clean and decent size. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Some areas looking a little tired. We had to ask to change rooms as the one we checked in to stank of cigarettes - obviously not the hotel’s fault but surprised cleaning staff did not notice / alert reception. The driveway to hotel is very potholed and gives a poor first impression and suggests little investment is going on.
