So much! Bright, immaculate, quiet room; nice light from the window; one block from the Great Portland Street tube; walking distance to Camden Town and other London neighborhoods through lovely neighborhoods; wonderful staff with full room turnover every day; BEST bed/pillows I’ve ever slept on; nice breakfast every morning, etc.; Incredible value!

Extremely minor things - no closet (but I booked the least-expensive room in the hotel); only one jacket/shirt hanger - but I’m certain more would have provided had I bothered to ask!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The room was small but cosy and very clean. The location is superb, just one block off the square in Stow-on-the-Wold. I'll stay here again the next time I pass through town!

Accessibility, great location, 9 mins walk into town. Comfortable bed, clean shower/bathroom. Nice quirky decor.. something different and great value. Staff were friendly on welcome, and helped with additional tea/milk.

Windows facing main Street junction, so some road noise . Yes double glazed unit was great at muting sound, but you had to have it open for fresh air. So...a bit of a catch 22... Car parking was a bit of an issue , but do your homework and prepare for a bit of a walk to secure parking if you're staying a couple of days.

Very pretty apartment located close to Oban's main street yet close to Tesco so we could cook breakfasts on our own. Staff was absolutely amazing and communicative.

The onsite parking is a huge plus. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in kitchen and living room. Glad to have the ability to turn heat up or down.

Please put a rubber safety mat in the bathtub. It is VERY slippery! It would be nice to have proper plates to eat off, rather than teeny, flimsy kiddy ones. :-)

No services, no room service, room service has been called many times to change sheets or the towels however nothing. Rooms are extremely small. More like a dormitory/hostel than a hotel
