The room was esthetic and very clean. The location was perfect for me. Extremely close to 2 tube stations, to Hyde Park for wonderful walks, to Bayswater road which is full of restaurants Asian , Italians, Thaï ans fast food, as well as to food stores, pharmacy, Whiteley (which is in the process of renovation). The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Diana at reception and Joseph at the door and luggage storage.

I missed having a small fridge in the room and the fact that there was only 1 tea bag of 1 kind, which was not refurbished. It would be nice to have pading on the mattress so as not to feel its structure.

The room was very comfortable and clean on the ground floor with a magnificent view. Sylvia met us with open arms and assisted us with luggage to our rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and she helped us find restaurant for dinner and get a cab at departure. You can easily walk from bus or train station, but I was suffering from slight injury. We highly recommend this B&B.

The hotel is very close to public transportation, the room had a coffee maker and instant coffee was provided, the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms on the secondary building are colder than the ones in the main building, so even when having options to control the temperature, there's a baseline for how high or how low you can get your room to get to.
