My sister and I stayed here and had the most wonderful time in Inverness. Richard is so kind and endearing and made sure our stay and mornings were wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious and there is always a great spread and variety of options. After long days of tours and sight seeing, it was so nice to come back to a friendly and peaceful home.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The room was small but cosy and very clean. The location is superb, just one block off the square in Stow-on-the-Wold. I'll stay here again the next time I pass through town!

The staff were amazing !!!! The location, close to all the amenities. Once we had a different room, the room was much more spacious and clean. Breakfast just great value for the money

Doesn’t have safe deposit box in the run. When they cleaned my room, they left the door open the whole day. I went to reception and complained about about but I do not think they took it seriously and I do not believe it was communicated to housekeeping.

The fact that we arrive early and check in was at 3pm. So they charged £10 extra for each night. So we needed to pay an extra £40 after discount. The room was available and they could have be lenient. We did not have extra cash !
