Gina and Lambert were extremely nice with us. They changed their time of departure to another island to insure that we see each other, and we deeply appreciate this gesture. We had a beautiful basket of local fruits as a welcome thought, and the access to the property, which is a one-bedroom bungalow, was very well maintained. There is a possibility to have another property next door, this time a two-bedroom bungalow, so it is a great option for people who desire a bigger place, but for us, ours was largely enough for two. We could park the rental car in a secured space, and this is luxurious for me, who likes safety and security, but the area where the properties are located is totally safe and friendly. The properties are surrounded by nature, with a lot of birds coming and going in beautiful scenery all around.

Nothing. We like everything because every part of our time there was fantastic. The area is quiet and relaxing. We plan to come back in the next few years.

The location was very convenient - it is close to many supermarkets and restaurants as well as all the activities we planned. The apartment is beautiful and looked exactly like the images however we had NO running water for the entirety of our stay (4 days). This is very unsanitary. To make matters worse, the host knew about the water issues prior to our arrival however we were only informed once we got there and provided with water bottles to shower and flush toilets. This is not what you want to deal with on your hard earned vacation. This should be disclosed in the listing prior to booking first and foremost and we should have been notified prior to check in so that we would have the chance to look elsewhere- this would have made our vacation much more enjoyable.

There was no running water for the entirety of our stay and we were not informed prior to check in. It was not disclosed on the listing that the neighborhood experiences water outages (like not one drop) for over 4 days. The host was very unsympathetic, and said it was out of his control and nothing he could do - which I understand however, the host should remove his listing until he can provide guests with guaranteed running water. Access to running water should be standard on a paid vacation. It is not fair that guests have their hard earned vacations ruined so that he can make a quick dollar. We went for my birthday and it was very stressful and disgusting not having water for 4 days to flush toilets and shower. The trip was ruined and we had to check out early to find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend this property.

The person who was handling the apartment for the owner was accessible, available, and responsive. She would reply to all our questions via text or phone call. The apartment was clean and had a view of the archery grounds. We were provided with a yellow bracelet so that we could avail of the services that Pierre et Vacances offered.

The room adjoins another one (separated by a door) and when the neighbors would start arguing, we could hear everything that was being said even with the doors closed.

The house is great. Everyone had their quarters. The fact it has a swimming pool and which is big enough for everyone to enjoy. The place is bright, clean and has AC which is a great thing when it gets too hot.

Although it has a great swimming pool, this swimming pool does not have a water filtering system which recycled the water.

We really enjoyed the locations view. The breakfast view was amazing , and the owners were also very nice.

When we checked in, we found big spiders in the room and a lot of muschitos, and we couldn't sleep until the next day when we went to the supermarket to buy muschitos spray and others insecticides. The pool didn't work it was on maintenance. The breakfast was the same every morning.
