Unlike most Greek hotels, this one boasts an exceptional all-inclusive program. Plus, its beachfront location, with no pesky road separating you from the sand, is a rare gem in Rethimno. To top it all off, the staff are incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great location and price! Modern and clean hotel room where the staff made up the bed each day and restocked toiletries. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We arrived early for check in and we were able to store our luggage in a locked area prior to our check-in. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The property's location was perfect, close to the center, the local buses and next to the port. However there was no noise. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos and offer exactly what you need. Super clean and comfortable. Last but not least, Ms Maria the owner, is a sweet and wonderful lady!

The place was cosy, very clean and the location was calm and beautiful. The host was friendly and always eager to help. I highly recommend the house and if I visit Ziria again I will stay there.

Breakfast was an excellent surprise!! What a feast! The garden was beautiful and in full bloom. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed also was very comfortable. The service was excellent.

There was no elevator and my room was on the second floor and there was a big step at the gate with nowhere to hold. I have a bad knee and I needed help that was gladly offered. The shower was very small.

The room we received was under the restaurant and next to a school. Sleeping was difficult. They let us switch rooms but we’re a little rude during the process.

Could have been more accessible, all stairs no ramps on ground floor entry. There is a single step in the hallway on level 2 that is dangerous, not marked or highlighted in any way, the carpet is dark and hallway is dimly lit so very easy to miss it, wouldn't pass building safety code in most countries.
