The staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. We felt a nice hospitality the moment we arrived at the hotel. There were other several things we liked: - They upgraded our room to a room with a sea/pool view, which was a nice surprise indeed. - The room was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable bed. - The cleaning of the room was successful, we found our room very clean every time. - The breakfast was sufficient, besides the food, the coffee selection was various and they made delicious latte. - They provided with a crib in the room for our kid, they paid a great deal of attention to the details when you made a reservation. - They offered a free shuttle services back to the city center on the last day as a thank-you for staying at the hotel.

About the hotel or staff, there was not a single thing that we could complain about or did not like. Everything was really good, and strongly recommended. Although the hotel looks close to the city center on the map, it is not possible to walk to the hotel from city center. You need to take a taxi - which we did every time, it was not very costly (5-7 euros per ride) but still we preferred to walk.

I had breakfast one time. I fid not include that when I booked. I will next time I stay with Niki Hotel. The food was really good at the restaurant and the fact it was open late and vegan was much appreciated.

Location was great for what we needed, within walking distance to the ferry and to Thrifty’s car rental. Lots of restaurants and bakery nearby. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful.

We didn't stay in the front beach facility, which was very nice. Staff was very nice and everything was clean. Rooms were little bit old but clean.

Really clean, centrally located, very spacious room, it had a large balcony. Easy automated check in, and responsive and helpful host.

The one issue we had that really affected our stay was an extremely horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom into the room. It started off just a small smell when we arrived, however throughout the night it became unbearable even with the bathroom door closed. Entering the bathroom was impossible at that point. We contacted the host, and she was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The new room / bathroom also had a bit of a sewage smell but not nearly as bad. Definitely something that needs to be fixed.
