Fully equipped apartment in a quieter area and it provides you with a tidy and spacious rooms. Easy check-in by getting keys from the locker. Possible free parking. Very polite and supporting owners :)

Good, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The sauna at the hotel was a nice addition and good way to relax and the end of a busy day.

As mentioned in many reviews - there’s hardly any hot water in the showers! It’s very strange considering this hotel is so new. They do really need to fix this.

Location was good for walking around and catching a taxi out. Staff was very kind when I fell ill and let me check out an hour later than the deadline.

The furniture (chairs and couches/lounges) were all crusted with mystery foods/other things and they looked so gross I didn't let anything of mine touch them. It's inside of a defunct shopping mall of some sort, I wouldn't have figured it out if the taxi driver didn't know the place and told me how to get in. Their booking account got hacked (or something) and I was getting messages over and over again to reenter my payment information or my ID information or they'd cancel my booking. They kept saying it was Booking.com's fault, yet I had several reservations in other cities/countries at the same time as this stay that did Nothing of the sort (spam me with messages to enter sensitive information).

The showers were quite small and the flooring made a lot of noise. When you have an early leave the staff didn’t want to give you a small breakfast, even if you wanted to wash it yourself and put away again.

My room had a window to the hallway with broken venetian blinds and a see through curtain. It did not feel private, and guests all night kept on triggering the hallway sensor light that would shine into my room. I didn't sleep all night because of the light flooding into my room (sometimes the motion detector light seemed to have been triggered with no one in the hallways), and noisy guests on the floor. The room somehow also smelled of kitchen smells and cigarettes throughout the night, and my windows were closed.
