We arrived after a late flight and a long wait for our luggage at the airport and were happily surprised to find the staff waiting for us to show us to our room. It was a great welcome and we were very happy with our location selection. We were shown to a different villa down the road, not as pictured, but still really beautiful. There is a wonderful restaurant (The Moss) a 1 minute walk from our villa where we ate most of our meals and were very pleased with the variety of foods available. The staff at the villas and the restaurant were all very kind. We got massages from Putu Spa and Jero Spa and were so pleased with the services. Highly recommend them.

The villa is not as shown in the pictures from the website or booking.com. However, the villa we got was lovely and we were very satisfied with the location. The bedroom was the only part that was air conditioned and the living room/kitchen/bathroom area are open to the outside. We kept our bedroom/bathroom doors closed all the time to help keep the mosquitos out and were mostly successful. The location is a little farther out from the main areas, and we actually liked that because it was quiet and peaceful.

Staff was great, the location is quite good and close to other things, but also quiet and not in the middle of the party area. The room was big enough and comfortable, with a huge shower in the "deluxe" room, as well as a little balcony where you can dry your snorkeling/diving gear.

Nit picking, but the road in front of the property is not paved, so you get quite muddy getting back home. This also makes it difficult if you have a suitcase instead of a backpack, so plan/pack accordingly. This obviously has nothing to do with the property, but unless you want to be woken up by the prayers from the mosque nearby every morning at 5am, make sure you use the provided ear plugs. Our room also had an unfortunate angle, and then sun rays would hit the bed exactly on my face during sunrise through the bathroom glass door and ceiling, meaning you cannot use any curtains to avoid it. Again, nit picking, use a sleep mask and you should be fine.

Location was great; not far from the city by scooter, but far enough to be quiet and have a nice view. The hosts were great, they arranged airport pick-up as well as scooter rental at reasonable rates. Breakfast was very good and brought to the room, communication was good through WhatsApp.

The internet was choppy at times. We had to work so sometimes during meetings we had small hiccups. Nothing major though, and the GSM signal is good enough so you can use your phone as a hotspot with no issues. Also the AC was a bit weak at times; it definitely got hot during the day, and given it was a single unit, the living room part was not getting any cold air. Generally shouldn't be an issue, but since we were also working and had to be home during the day, it made it a bit uncomfortable. If you open the doors, it's really breezy though.

Clean, spacious rooms. Gio is a great communicator and so helpful answering my questions easily contactable through WhatsApp. Able to rent a motorbike on site. Breakfast delivered to your door! Hot water and big bed.

It is about a 10 minute motorbike ride to the main strip of cafes and restaurants but it is not a problem at all. The ride is nice. Well worth it for price.

The location was perfect for us with close access to the beach, Jalan Padma and Garlic Lane. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they were the best thing there.

The first pool near reception was being refurbished so could not use it for a few days. The larger pool was available, as most people were swimming there it got a noisy and rowdy. We had no hot water in the room and the shower head was clogged up, only had one hole working in both showers in our room.

Few times has been stayed at the property and one midnight room phone started ringing after and before heard some one knocking the door but there was no body and was informed reception as well but got no update on the matter later.
