The beds are really comfortable, all the bunk beds have a privacy curtain and overa all the rooms were very nice. The Hostel is very close to the airport and the reception is 24/7 so it’s a very good option if you have a very early flight.

The bathroom could use a very good cleaning, and you have to rent the blankets for the bed. But even so if your on a budget it’s a very nice place for the price.

The staff is amazing, honestly they were so nice and even invited us to try some of their food and booked us tours. The location of this Hostel it’s also great, a lot of restaurants on the area, close to the center and to the train station.

The didn’t have any sinks and there was a tiny problem with the electricity, so the air conditioning kept turning on and off, and if you were showering the light and the water went completely out.

Super clean nice and cosy place to stay. The owners are always around taking care of everything. This place is right in the middle of the island so it’s super comfortable to move around. Or just stay and enjoy the calmness by the pool. 🌿

Amazing hotel experience in Ubud. The hotel and grounds are stunning and every detail has been well thought out. They were working on a dinner theater experience while we were there. In one word, Magical 😁

We had a busy schedule and really only got to enjoy the hotel grounds and amenities for a few hours. We are planning a return trip to just decompress and enjoy everything the hotel and spa has to offer

The location is excellent near to the salon, spa and food place like Indorasa. The price is very afforable. The staff are helpful and friendly.

i told them since day 1 my aircon leaking. from 6pm call counter 3-6 times nobody picks up. i went down and tell them at the reception. then i went out for dinner. came back 10pm still leaking. i call counter. The male staff who took my call say he will ask for maintainence personel to come over. I waited until 11pm but nobody came. then i call again they told me engineer only works 7am in the morning. Wondering why they didnt bother to call and tell me. next day 7am i call again the lady at the counter nicer. she says its 9am then engineer come. then ask if i wanna change room. i declined since it didnt really bother me much. they came and fix at 9am. It was fine at first then i went out afternoon came back another side leaking. they came and fix again ask me if i wanna change room i say i am going to stay one or two nights more only so its fine. Wifi connection keeps dropping for this trip. I stayed in this hotel many times. Overall very nice experience. Only this trip encounter a weak signal and aircon leaking.

We didn't have hot water, or the hot water just took 15 minutes or more to kick on, or it only started working when the staff showed up to jigger around with the pipes... not sure which.
