During our stay the facility was almost empty due to the current situation in Gaza, which was a shame because the people we spoke with (Christian, Muslim, and Jew) all very much in favor of the elimination of the Hamas terror. Israel wants peace, but is unwilling to sacrifice their existence or to submit to their own destruction. Go and visit Jerusalem. It is the center of the world. You will not be disappointed.

They could have turned on the A/C . In the afternoon our room was warm, but once we opened the windows the afternoon breeze was sufficient to cool the room.

location is amazing, very central and most important for a big city - quiet! Staff are extremly friendly and helpful. The coffee shop attached to hotel is perfect for breakfast and a snack or even lunch

the rooms are clean and nice but very small. no place to open 2 big suitcase at once....but if you can get over that...you are in for a great experience.

We got upgrade to the deluxe room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. Close to the train station. fair price. Will defiantly come again.

The apartment offered a small kitchenette, and it's at a central location although the street itself is not the nicest, but it's a short walking distance from a lot of attractions.

The apartment was not in the best shape, the bed was uncomfortable and there were no screens or bars on the windows making the apartment stuffy.
