Very beautiful apartment with beautiful view to Toscana valley. You wake up with birds singing and go to sleep with all nature’s beauty. In the condo was full kitchen and facilities that make your stay comfortable. The area is one of the best in Toscana, very short drive from san Gimignano. The air-con was a little old and very lazy but the staff were friendly and helpful and fix it after short day. The beds are hard but overall we really enjoyed in our 6 days stay.

This place is utterly amazing. The photos don't do it justice. The fabulous tasting facility is adjacent to the hotel/b and b. The whole place is elegant and staffed with the best possible people. We had the Uvietta room, which is upstairs at the southwest corner with 2 windows offering incredible views and screened windows for fresh air. I could go on and on, but I'll summarize with two words: perfect place!

Lovely location-- The Aventine district is quite special.. antiquities all around and a fabulous restaurant and tiny great market just easy walking distance. Great reception from owner and his charming mama...pretty kitchen and nice windows in the two bedrooms looking out on rooftops. Great communications with the owners. Also they arranged a ride from the cruise ship to the property.

The three flights of stairs are the only drawback. (60) Steps ..If you travel with only a light satchel or carry-on or backpack it wouldn't be an issue and would work off the delicious pasta.
