The staff was great, probably the best staff hotel I have ever encountered while traveling! Free Wi-Fi, (Speed test 101 Mbps down /114 Mbps up) was able do download the Venice map in 10 seconds. (Note, there are quite a few data dead zones through the city, so I recommend downloading maps. Also the GPS service isn't 100% accurate in the small streets.) The breakfast was awesome with quite a few options! The staff made my wife coffee and my daughter hot chocolate. My wife absolutely loved the coffee. My daughter munched on strawberries and a chocolate brownies! I had some excellent jam filled croissants and the red orange juice was great! Location was GREAT! We were with in a 20 minute walk from any major attraction. Lots of cafes grocery stores and and basic needs stores near by. Even McDonalds and Burger King are near by if you're not feeling adventurous...

Our room was facing Strada Nova (Street) there was a lot of noise from other tourists at night, it didn't bother me, but my daughter who sleeps by 7:30pm had a hard time sleeping. The bed kind of stiff for my liking, but I have suffered several back injuries, could be just my back. Bedding (blankets) were kind dated, but some might see this as part of the charm of the hotel.

The property was great, very friendly people staff and the restaurant and the facilities on site were really good. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, if you’re looking to get to Rome, you can buy the bus tickets right there at the reception it will take you approximately, 30 minutes to an hour depending on how you catch the bus to get to Rome, but the connection is pretty easy. Overall, a wonderful place to stay at.

Would’ve been excellent stay if it wasn’t for some weird smell. Not all the time, but would emerge from time to time. I blame old piping, not the hotel’s fault, it’s super clean. But I would dump a few bottle of bleach into all pipes.
