The owner met us at the property with the keys and showed us around and then led us to a longer term (free) parking area very close to the property. The Apartment was clean, modern with all comforts including a full sized clothes washer and drier. The welcome was very cordial and helpful even though it was late at night and later than we had expected due to a delayed flight into Florence and rainy road conditions down to Sansepolcro. Although we weren't expecting it, they also provided us with free breakfast coupons for use at a nearby cafe. The Apartment was perfectly located in the heart of old town Sansepolcro near important attractions, but nice and quiet. The kitchen, bathroom and furnishings were all modern, stylish and comfortable. In short, we had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend this property for spacious, comfortable lodging, in a good location with helpful hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay including a nice bottle of wine on arrival.

One of the staff was very helpful and made surev we got a taxi on time. Unfortunately, we were not able to communicate upon arrival with the staff present at that time because she spoke only Italian still she was very patient and nice.

The room was very tiny. Because of the size of the room, the proximity of the bed to the hallway was very close so you could hear everything going on in the hall. We were woken up constantly during the night by people returning to their rooms and closing their doors. Also, the hotel advertised a rooftop bar on their website as if it was currently open, but when we arrived we were informed by the staff that it is under construction.
