Excellent room and private terrace, amazing shower, superb breakfast choices - the pastries were delicious and freshly prepared cappuccino. Good location with shops and amenities within walking distance. Vincenzo and staff really went out of their way to make me feel so welcome with excellent recommendations for restaurants and gelato (THE BEST I have ever had!). I hope to return to Reggio Calabria and will definitely stay at Tre Fontane again...!

From the first day, we were met with lovely, wonderful and gregarious staff. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated and the bathroom is big, modern and very clean. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast and numerous choices of drinks. I will definitely come back again with my family.

We really loved the apartment. You cannot get a better location in Varenna. The view was fabulous. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Sina made out stay perfect. Breakfast just downstairs out front door, along with gelato! We will return! Thank you, Sina.

This second floor apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and well equipped. There was lots of natural lighting. We enjoyed being very close to the central train station.

The door guy was very rude and unkind, didn’t give any guidance/explanation on how to find the room and open the door, we were locked inside the building and had to ask for help to a passerby to open up the door for us

Very old, which is fine, but not well kept up. The wood floors in the room and hall are the squeakest floors I have ever heard. Getting up to go to the bathroom wakes up my partner. People coming in late or leaving early woke me up several times. The bed is uncomfortable, and the 1 pillow each was very flat. I dropped some change on the floor. Went to pick it up and saw lots of big dust balls under the bed. The shower was very small. There are no window screens, so we got lots of mosquito bites.
