This is a great little apartment. It's small and compact and simple but the high ceilings make it feel light and airy. It may be small but it still has a sofa and a breakfast bar with stools that you can eat or work at. The kitchen has a little cooker so we made breakfast in the morning and it was nice having a proper stove top coffee machine and coffee provided. The surrounding neighbourhood is lovely and there are shops and restaurants nearby. It is a walk (25mins) into the centre however as it is only 5 minutes to get to the river you feel like you are in the centre a lot quicker as you can see all the landmarks from the river.

For those that like space it's not huge. There is storage though. If you don't enjoy walking you may want something closer. I dont really have any complaints. One thing - I noticed that restaurants more central were a bit cheaper than those located to the apartment.

Very comfortable and calm appartment, located in a small street near the Vatican, in 300m from the Ottaviano metro station. All the historical center is easily accessible by foot. Exceptionally friendly hosts. Perfectly equipped living room / kitchen, salle de bain and bedrooom. Safe and calm recently renovated appartment building, elevator. food shops and restaurants around. strategic point to explore Rome.

You couldn't ask for amore friendly or accommodating host. Francesca brought the most amazing Italian breakfast everyday. She advised us of great restaurants in the area and her son and daughter assisted us with english translation whenever necessary. The beach is only steps away from the property to a beautiful sandy area. We made new friends in Italy!

Great location to train station, Vesuvius bus and to Pompeii ruins. Room was large and clean. The out door patio was a great place relax after walking for hours.

The room was nicely renovated and very clean. The owner even bought croissants and focaccia each morning. Bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean.

That location, large spacious rooms. Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Some guests were very noisy and inconsiderate. Woken at 5am one morning by a group of cyclists who were staying at the property and they thought it was acceptable to shout and run up and down the corridor presumably doing their warm up in studded boots!

Bed was hard. We stayed on the 4th floor. The tiny elevator stops at 3. This could be an issue for people with large luggage or issues with steps.

It was not as clean as expected. Bed was uncomfortable with only one small pillow each. Air conditioning could not be adjusted as it is set by building. Even though the outside temperature was not particularly warm , the building was warm. We were told by host to open the windows which we did but then we had mosquitoes to contend with! Not a fan of Vikey Online check in. I realise it’s convenient but I prefer to meet the host and have a physical key.

I didn’t like the location, I didn’t feel safe walking alone even in the day time. The staff was rude and barely acknowledged me. The facility itself didn’t give me good vibes at all.
