We had a large private terrace with great views of Rome. the room was large and very clean. we love how easily we can open and close the windows. The rooms were immaculately clean.

The elevators were slow but not a problem. The stairs are beautiful so it’s not an issue using the stairs.

Location is good. It's a 10 minute walk to any of the main parts we wanted to visit each day. There was major construction in the streets near by, but no noise really.

One tv didn't work. They wouldn't work with us to leave our baggage until check in. Had to use "Bounce" at a nearby hotel. No other issues though.

I booked a double or tween room 4 months in advance, but got a chance to get the smallest room. The worst part was that - it was the only room on the 4rd floor that has an other room’s bathroom behind the wall next to the bed and I don’t belive the wall was insulated for the sounds

Although there are plenty of buses in front, public transport in Italy is not great at timing, so we spent a lot of time trying to get to places. I would reccomend staying closer to the center, walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this stay was the breakfast but they just give you things to prepare the breakfast, so it's the sake of getting a place with kitchen and you could buy your own things.

We arrived on May 1, 2024. The photo shows a lovely courtyard which we were NOT allowed to go into. Description of the accommodation on Booking mentioned a mini mart in the building. There was none although there was a market a block away. An outdoor fireplace was mentioned in the description but we were not allowed to use that as well. We were instructed to carry, not roll our bags on the cobblestone floor to our room because it would disturb the residents who live there. Our room had no view just high windows facing the street. In the 4 nights we stayed, our room was never refreshed. Sheets were not changed. Trash was not removed. Dirty cups were never replaced with clean. We were promised that someone would come to clean but no one ever came. Clean towels were not brought unless we WhatsApp messaged to request clean towels. Dirty towels were never removed for the entire duration of our stay.
