It is a large, clean and comfortable apartment. The garden and the terrace has a wonderfull view. There are many garden furnitures around for the guests to spend relaxing and peaceful times in the garden. It is very easy to reach to the beaches, ferry port and the old town by walk. Having a private parking area is just super. And we also want to thanks to Simona for her hospitality :)

There is nothing to complain about the house but i think guests need to consider that this is an old building which is normal for this area.

Perfect location, not far from Bari Central station and old town. Shops, restaurants, pizza places, park - all in the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, freshly renovated and super clean. Well equipped with all you may need. Comfy beds. Simply great place to rest after busy sightseeing days. Sebastiano, the owner, was very helpful and answering all our questions promptly.

I would welcome a bigger sofa in the living room. Especially when there were 4 of us in the apartment. But this is just a small hint for Sebastiano. Nothing that would spoil our very positive impression.

The Host was just simply awesome. He helped us with our bags upstairs, explained the apartment thoroughly in all capacities, gave us information with a map he highlited showing us how to get to many historic Naples sites... including infamous Napoli Pizza. This B&B hotel has the the best host a tourist could ever have.

I've liked the warming reception of the staff, the terrace, the location, and the cozy ambiance of the hostel. There's free coffee and even a kitchen inside the room. The perfect location allowed me to see everything that I wanted by walking. I will definitely return!

We liked so many things about this property. First, Rossella was very responsive and has created a wonderfully clear video to show you how to get into the apartment. Super easy. The location is fantastic. The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. And quiet!

We only stayed one night, but if we were staying several days, we would really want wine, glasses, and a microwave.

Magnolia terrace at Vatican Museum

It is a lovely apartment, close to the Vatican. It has all the features you can ask for, even a Terrace. There is a great market, Mercato Trionfale, close by, and for weekends there is a supermarket, Pewex City. Luca was very helpful.

The beds would greatly benefit from a thin top mattress, but they were not bad, I slept well. The apartment is on top of a restaurant, and one evening the terrace smelled of frying oil, and one morning they started blasting loud music at 6 am. The rest of the time (we were there for eight days), it didn't bother us at all. The apartment is on the first floor with bedrooms towards the street, so it's not super quiet, but I sleep lightly and I was not bothered. The street is reasonably quiet for Rome.

Although this was for 3 people it was VERY tight due to luggage. The shower was also incredibly small and with a plus size person showering was not efficient. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Not clean, staff asked to keep the keys with them to avoid keys getting lost. This is the first time I have heard someone complain about keys. They also asked to pay some city tax amount in cash. Fortunately I had cab with me. But, it was unexpected.
