      Everything. We had an exceptional stay. The accomodation is perfectly clean and cosy and right in the center of Florence. The host was amazing, helped us with our luggage, gave us the city map and a lots of tips and gave us a real nice welcome which is rare these days with self check-in services. He was there for everything we needed and this is the best host we had on booking.com Also the comfiest beds ever!
