great choices for breakfast. There was a staff person at the desk all the time, who could answer questions about how to get to places. There was free public parking juat around the corner from the hotel. We could easily get our bags to our room. Since we arrived at the end of the day, there were plenty of spaces, and it was safe! Very big room. Camplus is apparently also a college dorm, which was fine for us. Lots of young people around.

It was fine. We were surprised they ran out of pancakes, an hour before breakfast ended, even though they still had pletnty of the other fancier items left.

Staying in a medieval tower in San Gimignano what could be better. Perfect location literally at the center of town Owner was super helpful in correspondence and on setting us up on arrival especially helping us figure out parking never easy in hill towns in Tuscany!

I arrived on a bicycle and the staff were helpful in finding a safe place to store it. Breakfast was good and again the staff was helpful in finding a close restaurant for my dinner.

The staff was amazing! The grounds were beautiful. We used the hot tub in our giant bathroom every day. It was so relaxing. The location was close to several towns for easy day trips.

The beds were not as comfortable as we would like and there was very little space on either side of the bed.

This is a new property. A very large, villa and grounds that has recently been renovated as a hotel. The staff were great – very friendly, and helpful.

The smell in the reception and the hotel. The toilet sounded like an airplane ready to take off when you flush. Breakfast could be improved.
