Amazing place. We are definitely get back there. Private baths were wonderful addition. The best dinner I've ever get. I regret I didn't take more expensive/extended option. Special thanks to Ayuri, who made our stay not only wonderful, but a special life experience.

Train station nearby along with a few restaurants and one amazing bakery “more than”. Near a park and the metropolitan govt. buildings which was a nice reprieve from the heat. Generally quiet but walkable to the hustle and bustle of shinjuku (~1km)

This property was very dusty and there was an old house smell to it which might not be uncommon for tatami floors in the bedrooms. There is random stuff just lying around that clutters the space and not many amenities. Ex conditioner in shower room was gone on first night and not replaced

Very comfy place. On-air onsen is amazing. It was one of the best we experienced in Japan. The best dinner ever. Also the breakfast was great. Full support from the hotel staff. Good English.

At the beginning I feel like whole entry was too fast and not explained properly. It was visible that hotel has the best time in the past. Everything was in perfect condition but it looked like time stopped in 80's

The place is so clean, comfortable and spacious. Staffs are very helpful, they speak english well. Near the train station, the area is also clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything! It is just perfect for us, a family of four. The room is big and well designed, everything is high quality and feels new. Quiet, great location and helpful staff.
