Very welcoming staff, nice room size, easy elevator access. You can reach the hotel either with the metro or the bus, both very convenient. The hotel offers luggage delivery services both for receiving and sending, so you will have an easy trip. Also very well connected to get to Gion and Sanjo!

The mattress was a bit tilted, so we ended up sliding into the middle. At the same time the mattress was hard enough that I woke up with a sore left side.

It is in an excellent location, not far from subway. Loads of lovely shops. The classical music played throughout the hotel what time is lovely to have. Rooms are smallish but have absolutely everything one needs and more again. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels or more if you want.

The location is really good, just one station from shin-osaka station. The apartment is surrounded with many convenience stores. The host was nice, even though we didn’t met in person, he answered my questions through the App. The bed was really comfortable too.

Our room was very clean, cosy and it had a super comfortable bed. There was also a public bath downstairs, free toiletries, and a laundromat. We were really pleased with the hotel. Totally recommended.

Location of the hotel is exceptional, best location in Kyoto. Lobby and gardens are perfect. Room are very clean but little bit on the small size.
