Great staff. They welcomed us like family. We wanted to see the snow monkeys and they provided us with all the information we needed to include dropping us off at the park, holding our bags for the day, then taking us to the train station. Amazing people and the onsen was great as well.

Great location and it surely is the most luxurious hostel i ever been to. Bathroom, showers all very new and comfortable. Roof top terrace and the kitchen area both great and I loved the fact that they have great coffee equipment in the kitchen.

Room facilities were great for 2 adult & 2 tweens. Comfortable beds. Welcoming staff and good coffee in the foyer. Pool Deck staff were lovely, very accommodating and made a great G&T! Handy laundry facilities

Toshi thought of everything and all exceeded expectations, from the most comfortable loungewear and bedding to the huge projection screen and beautiful views of the beach just outside our windows.

Laundry is just one washing machine for all the hotel which makes everything very difficult. Also, the laundry was in the other building and we have to move from one building to the other.

I liked the spacious room and the view at the see. The location was convenient to find places to eat nearby.

1. A minimum amount of dishes (e.g., 2 glasses, 2 small plates, spoon, chopsticks) would be convenient. 2. Checkin went fine as far as the internet part is concerned but we could hardly figure out what to do with the room key code received. I would recommend to add instruction on the physical lock itself about how to dial the code and take out the key.
