Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was so welcoming from our very first interaction. Check-in is a lovely process where you sit on comfy couches and staff walk you through your reservation, explain the facilities, etc. Our room was very nice and came with nice amenities. The rooftop mineral baths are spectacular. The meals (we opted for dinner and breakfast) are a MUST. They hosted a bingo night while we were there with prizes. Such a fun experience. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a pleasant surprise of a stay. So charming and private. Loved our host Kousuke and his attention to detail. Felt very well taken care of and appreciated the curated feel of the stay. The lovely breakfast was a bonus. Conveniently located to sites of interest on Miyajima. Would love to come again.

I had the double room which I recommend for solo travelers with lots of luggage. Bathroom was nice, whole area was clean. the staff was easy to work with even with the language barrier. Thank you again!

Dinner and breakfast were provided. Would say portions were very generous. Served at very specific times. Bedding was clean.

Sleeping in a cupboard!!! Two futons on 6 tatami mats equals a very small room. Sharing washing facilities. Toilets and basins in one room on the landing and showers downstairs in another. Probably suit younger generation best.
