Close to airport, great location, easy bus transfer to airport, good breakfast as a simple buffet, provide good toiletries, bonus mini market in the lobby and 7-11 5 minutes away, easy check in and check out fully automated with machines in preferred languages

The hotel has a great location! It is close to many restaurants and shops, there is a convenience store just at the corner. The hotel is nice and the staff is very kind. The bedroom was ok, it has the regular size of a Japanese hotel bedroom.

The window of the bedroom cannot be opened. Besides, it was quite dirty with signs of humidity. The internet connection did not work well too.

Located just few steps outside the exit gate of the station and connected to shops, very convenient location. Comfy room and they offer free locker if you want to leave your stuff after check out on that day.

Had to replace the shower curtain myself because it disgustingly stunk, and with mold. I had to put the rug aside in the room which showed that the floor hasnt been cleaned, because I had to vacuum the whole room myself. The bed was stiff.
