We didn't have keys but the information about using the entrance code was clear and easy. The unit (we had the second floor) was comfortable and spacious enough so we 3 had enough privacy. We appreciated the information notebook with the instructions on how to use the various devices (kitchen items, tv etc). The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient for getting around. We liked that the stations (train and bus) and convenient stores were just a short easy walk. The unit is even nicer than the pictures, the furnishings were comfortable and the color palate soothing. We really enjoyed the use of the soaking tub after our many hours of touring the city. I'm glad we chose to stay here.

The lobby has the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. The hotel offers complimentary drinks every day. Free bicycle to get around. There are beautiful trail to walk around. The hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming.

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the location very convenient for our travels due to it's proximity to Ikebukuro station. We did not do the breakfast so cannot comment on the restaurant.

On the first day, the manager transferred me to a room for people who smoke cigarettes, although I made a reservation for non-smokers, I could not sleep, I was suffocating all night and coughed, on the second day I was transferred to another room. Also, when checking in to the hotel, I waited a long time at the front desk. I was not happy.
