The location was the only thing that I really liked about this place. Nearby there are some great restaurants and the nearest subway station is not too far of a walk.

After booking, I was sent this message: "Your room number and password will be sent to you before 4pm" followed by my check-in date. I arrived in the evening and checked my booking.com app. That room number and password were not sent to me. I messaged the host and did not receive a response. I went to the restaurant next door and talked to the staff via Google Translate, and they kindly called the host for me. Had I arrived later in the night when that restaurant was closed or the host was asleep, I would have been stuck outside in the cold. I was terribly nervous.
