I loved everything about my stay at this property! It’s essentially a house with four really incredible guestrooms. The main living room offers stunning views of San Miguel de Allende! Breakfast was lovely and you could request it in the privacy of your own room. Didn’t use the hot tub on the roof but I did make use the steam bath. And my Japanese bathtub in my room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and relaxing. Owner was extremely responsive via WhatsApp. A hidden gem and a wonderful stay!

It is up on the hill in a more remote part of town. It looks close to town but it’s quite steep/but you’re better off using taxi/uber, about 80-100 pesos to/from city center.

beach, pool, bar .Great cleaning staff . Love the fact that we can use the parking lot without too many questioning by security staff. Feel great being here. Staff in morning restaurant fantastic , ommelette lady very personable and friendly also hostess. Love the staff at the bar particularly older gentleman with clear eyes and bar-tending lady.

Anna and Luis are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I liked the proximity to Playa Norte. I felt like a local and wanted for nothing. The room, bathroom -the whole house really- was always clean and relatively quiet. The rooftop pool was such a nice perk!

We had a marvelous stay here. Rachel was a great hostess who gave us maps and recommendations for activities. She made us feel very comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the gardens in the motel.

The hotel and the area were beachfront, quiet, and very lovely. They gave a continental breakfast in the morning. The host was very friendly and available at all times for questions

The room could have been cleaner. It was quite dusty.We do understand that it's hard to control dust on the beach though. It was also quite a distance from town and definitely not walkable. No air conditioner available, but there was always a breeze.

I wish they fixed the lobby and make it lighter. It is so dark and gloomy. They could also fix their patio making it more cozy.

The condo unit was less than ideal. Was in need of several repairs such as the kitchen lights did not work, the faucets and the sinks in the bathrooms were wobbly and loose, missing/broken tiles. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot and was poorly stocked with cheap and mismatched dishes. There were not hand towels and wash cloths in the unit, did get a hand towel after asking but not wash cloth. Unit wasn’t very clean. I used my own Clorox wipes to clean surfaces.

We have to change the room twice in three days. First room bathroom was not working (toilet and shower). Then we move to another one which the first alarm couldn’t stop ringing. Also the location is too far for the tourist people. Only for workers I recommend this hotel
