For my purposes the location was ideal but it is located away from the main Road. It is opposite Aeon Mall. It has all the conveniences you may need for a normal day to day stay.

The breakfast is very mediocre and went out to eat breakfast though I had free breakfast offered. It is the same everyday. Also there were no staff to unload the bags from the taxi or help to take the bags to the room. I am a senior citizen.

the hotel from the outside looks decent but its actually an old hotel. so the interior design of the hotel is just so-so. The lift cant really stay open when i need it. I have to keep on pressing it multiple time to keep it open as I have elderly who walk slow.

The property was very much better than I expected and the handling was very professional.

I definitely think that the hidden charges must be made public at the time of booking. 5 to 10% more is understandable but I paid about 30% more than the booking amount shown which was a bit of a shock. I think it is done to avoid paying commissions to B.Com.

Not very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus only has one shit every 2 hours, so you still need to take Uber or Grab to get to the airport if your flight isn't fit into the schedule.
