i like everything about this hotel, even it is a bit far from central market that u need to walk for about 10-15 mins depends on your own speed. the room is comfortable, the aircond functioning well, the hotel reply fast when i need to check in late

The location is near to bridge and easy to arrived. The place seems new which they are still doing some renovation. The room was so spacious for 4 people. It was really pleasant for us to stay there. The food in the restaurant very good.

The location is strategic, There are a lot of restaurant and shops around. The parking also easy to get. The place near with KLIA. We got 3 rooms which is good for a family. Easy to check in and check out.

We thought that every room has an air-conditioned. unfortunately, only 1 room and hall has air-conditioned. It is cleaned but when we check in, there is no complementary drink (coffee or tea) because there is container for the amenities. The water filter to drink did not cleaned.

The bed sheets and towels were not "fresh". Had to get our own towels eventually. The bed sheet in the third room had a smell and was off white!! The common bathroom ceiling was mouldy with black stains around the vent. Had to clean up the bathroom ourselves. On the day of check out, only one lift was functioning. Took half an hour to get place in the lift down. The lift entrance at the carpark level needs a fresh coat of paint. Was not welcoming at all.

I DID REQUIRE FOR EARLY CHECK-IN. THERE ISN'T REPLY FROM THEIR AGENT. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE AROUND 14.30 HRS. THE RECEIPTION TOLD US THERE ARE NOT NOTIFY AT ALL. WE WAITED AT 15.00 HRS FOR CHECK-IN. ROOM NOT READY. WHEN WE REQUEST TO THE RECEPTION. COULD WE HAVE THE KEY TO PUT IN OUR BAGGAGE. THEY INFORMED US 15.00 HRS IS THEIR CHANGE SHIFT TIME. DUE TO I HAVE AN MEETING AT DOWN AT PJ. I HAVE TO PASS ON MY CHECK-IN DOCUMENT TO AN 80-YEAR-OLD FRIEND TO TAKE CARE. WHEN I CAME BACK. I WAS SHOCKED. ALL AIRCON NEVER TURNS ON. FRONT GLASS NEVER CLOSE. FLOOR AND ROOMS WAS VERY WET. THE FLOOR SINCE THEY JUST FINISHED CLEANING. [AROUND 17.00 HRS] RECEPTION JUST PASSED ON THE KEYS TO MY FRIEND WITHOUT TEACHING HIM OR INFORMING HIM HOW TO OPERATE THE MAIN DOOR. HE WAS HOLD UP MORE THAN AN HOURS STANDING THERE WITHOUT ANYBODY ASSIST HIM. LUCKY THAT, NEXT DOOR, THE STUDENT HELP OUT.
