I read a lot of reviews about the property being unclean or no hot water, that was not my experience at all. There was hot water and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. Is the price high? Yes, but I would 100% book this hotel again. I have a 13 hour layover with a 6 month old and it helped us reset before our 9 hour flight.

Breakfast was meager, not on par with any extra cost! Poor choice of pastry, no choice of meats or cheeses, or types of egg, only what was plated. Just a real disappointment. Staff was very good, helpful and considerate! They were the only reason to return!

I have no complaints. The location was nice, the room was comfortable, it was great. We only stayed for a night before a very early flight, but I would absolutely recommend Grand Hotel Downtown in Amsterdam.

Lovely studio apartment with a nice with of Haarlem. Quiet. One block to bus stop; within walking distance to the train station. Bakery, grocery stores and good restaurants within 1-2 blocks.

The hotel is centrally located very nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Although the room is very dark with very few outlets, and the breakfast was sparse for the price.
