Breakfast had a nice variety of items but the bonus was the excellent poached egg made in a variety of ways — Florentine, with smoked fish, Benedict, etc. Lunch and dinner were also available. We had dinner and thought it was superb. Excellent variety of items beautifully prepared. Room , food, and location were all outstanding.

We had a very nice, large room. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was squeaky clean and had a great shower. We had a really good dinner at their restaurant and the breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good beds, good bathroom, plenty of space. The location of the hotel itself was great, only two-three minutes away from the local metro station.

Unclean. Bedsheets were dirty and stained, clearly not properly washed. Headrests are peeling off and in urgent need of repair/ replacement. Pest in room: dead insect stuck to ceiling, and silverfish as a surprise crawling on the ceiling. Also the black out curtains were small and unable to make the room fully dark. Clearly one of the two curtains had been ripped off the hooks, but no one bothered to install a new one in its place!

The bedroom and bathroom door were difficult to close, The towels could have a little fabric softener.. And it would be great to add a sponge in the kitchen to wash the dishes.

The steep stairs, the stuffiness of the upstairs area and the mobile phone lock system. International Sim card wasn't working so we could only get in through my brothers phone, very inconvenient . Much prefer the old fashioned way of keys.
