The location is very convenient to go to the university. The apartment is clean and fully equipped. One feels warm and at home. The owner is very helpful and quick in reaponse. Besides the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place and will come back!

It was a pretty location. It was easy to find the room. Our neighbors were nice.

Our room was minuscule. The rooms are in little houses. Ours had three rooms, with two on the top and one on the ground floor. I saw both of the other rooms in our little house, and they were at least twice the size of ours. Ours was made even smaller than it's tiny square footage by a very sloping ceiling. Worst of all, there was no fire alarm in the building and there would have been no way to get out in a fire without breaking a very small window and dropping to the ground. The mattresses hung over the bases of the beds. There was no surface on which to put anything and our bags barely fit on the floor. I am not a person who stays in luxury hotels. We do a lot of camping. Perhaps our room was just the look of the draw, but I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it.

This hotel is extremely tired. Major investment is sorely needed.
